"Blue Hare 1"
 
A beautiful abstract of the wonderful British brown hare.
 
This is actually one of my favourite paintings - I have done three different versions of the Blue Hare and enjoyed painting every single one. There is something about using an entirely random colour scheme that feels very freeing!
 
This piece is discounted because the word 'COTTON' - from the debossed watermark on the paper itself - is visible. However, it is very faint and does not detract from the painting. Indeed, some people actually like to show this on their work. You should be able to glimpse it in the bottom right hand corner on one of the close-up photographs of the painting and can judge from there if you will find the watermark acceptable.
