Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the UK. If you would like a painting sent to a country outside the UK, please get in touch

UK SHIPPING FEES

Orders below £25 = £3.50

Orders above £25 and below £45 = £5.50

Orders above £45 and below £75 = £7.00

Orders above £75 = FREE

Orders of Original Paintings are processed within 3-5 working days. Some of our gift merchandise are printed on demand - gift cards, mugs and prints - and may take up to 10 working days if we do not have them in stock. Please enquire for further details.

All paintings are sent by Royal Mail 48, or an equivalent courier service, and will be tracked and signed for. You will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number and the expected delivery day once the item has been dispatched.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to offer a cancellation.

However, you are still able to change this for another item of equal or greater value up to 2 hours after placing your original order. After this time, no changes are possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for shop credit, a different product, or as a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of damage, creasing or wear.

THE RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Email us at info@rachelsingleton.com to obtain a return authorisation. Any goods returned will not be accepted without an authorization number.

All original packing materials must be included, and merchandise must be in new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping items to Rachel Singleton Art on all returns, unless they received a damaged or defective item.

 

All returned items will be assessed on arrival to us. Refunds will not be issued unless the item is received in perfect saleable condition. We recommend sending your return item tracked and insured.

 

If you decide to return an item for exchange or refund, then you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges including shipping charges to your door for products that have free shipping.

 

Refunds for any returned item will have deducted our outbound shipping fees, including those items that are returned for exchange or for credit toward a later purchase. 

RESPONSE TIME

Refunds requests are generally responded to within 5 working days, and eligible refunds processed within 14 days. Please note, if we are on annual leave (this will be indicated on the Home page of the website with a pop-up) there will be a delay to our response until we return to work.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, you will need to ensure that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We are unable to process or refund items beyond this 48 hour window.

Email us at info@rachelsingleton.com with images of the damaged packaging and item within 2 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.

LOST ITEMS

All items sent from Rachel Singleton Art, within the UK, are tracked and insured. If your item has not arrived within 3 working days from your dispatch notification email, please get in touch. If an original work of art is lost in the post, you will have the option of a full refund, site credit or a *fresh version of the painting by Rachel (*subject to time availability).
